Building Capacity

Improving outcomes and closing achievement gaps requires urgency, efficacy, AND Capacity. We can’t just tell educators what they should do. We must build Capacity in our schools. Capacity means Educators must:

  • Know WHAT to do

  • Know HOW to do it

  • Have the RESOURCES to do it

  • Have the TIME to plan and implement it

  • Have the SUPPORT and PERMISSION to do it.

We work with educators and leaders to build teacher, school, and system capacity to meet the needs of ALL children - especially those who are underserved.

Building capacity requires a comprehensive approach that includes professional development workshops, strategic leadership planning, resource allocation, collaborative planning, and implementation support.
